Quality management and documentation tool

An automated second reviewer for radiotherapy plans.

Plan Safety Checker runs your department’s own approved checklist against a treatment plan, records the findings, and captures that a physicist reviewed them, before a patient is treated.

The positioning

A documentation tool, not a decision maker.

The application executes a checklist your department has already approved and records the outcome. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, and never automatically releases or holds a plan. The qualified physicist always makes the final decision.

Purely deterministic rules engine. No machine learning in the checking path.
Clear quality-management language: “protocol item confirmed”, not “safe”.
Complete, immutable audit trail of every action.
Designed for on-premise deployment, so plan data stays inside your hospital.

How it works

Four steps, from plan to signed record.

01

Import a plan

A physicist imports the treatment plan data. The application validates the structure and records it, ready for review.

02

Run the checklist

A deterministic rules engine evaluates the plan against the department’s active protocol checklist. Every item is marked confirmed, not confirmed, or could not verify.

03

Review and sign off

The physicist reviews the findings and either confirms the plan or holds it for correction. The person always makes the final call.

04

Audit trail

Every action is written to an immutable, searchable audit log, giving you a complete record for quality management.

Roles and access

Each person sees exactly what their role needs.

Access is scoped by role, so clinical sign-off, checklist authoring, and oversight stay with the right people.
